| There is a cleaning and damage deposit that is refundable within 7 days after completion of the event and assessment of the building. | ||||||||||||||
| To secure your spot, the rental fee (daily rate + tax + cleaning and damage deposit) is due in full with the Rental Agreement. Checks should be made out to Chef N Company.
